Back up / ABC rules

No, I don't mean the ABC rules as in Steve Brule rules. It only rules by the authority vested in it by the Commonwealth of Virginia. Apparently I've been misunderstanding the restaurants all this time. All of them. I do have a hard time hearing people in a crowd. Must be because I mumble. ABC doesn't allow drink specials after 9pm. Why would I think they were telling me specials are all night? Silly me, I should know better. So I've corrected the list to show the bars’ compliance with the law. Everything ends at 9pm now, as it should.
