Main Street Arena—beer, ice, curling, fighting

The new Main Street Arena has a bar where the skate rental counter used to be. I don't have their specials yet.

But they have curling classes starting October 11.

And they're hosting a Mixed Martial Arts fight at the end of the month.

And they'll be home to the Derby Dames in the summer. (BTW it's Fresh Meat recruitment month, if you've been toying with the idea of becoming a Dame).

So, the place is pretty much awesome now. Must schedule broomball.
