Downtown has less specials

Finally filled in most of the regular specials for downtown bars. Turns out a lot of them don't have any. Makes my job easier. Makes your getting drunk drinking responsibly harder.

Some places were offended that I asked about specials. One of them was Charlie's. Really, Charlie's? Of all the bars in Charlottesville, you are going to claim to be too good for drink specials?

Unless ... could it be ... the drinks are always so special that to insinuate the need of a happy hour is pure lunacy? This we must investigate.
